4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION
Our initiatives to make a positive impact on the local community
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy, we encourage everyone who works at our hotels to get involved in the social initiatives we carry out.
Those collaborators who work tirelessly to make our guests feel completely at home.
Those who live close to socially disadvantaged people, with physical and intellectual disabilities or in vulnerable conditions... In short, close to people whose circumstances make life more challenging.
And those collaborators who want to leave their children a more sustainable and humane world.
We are launching a great project to change the world with the help of our collaborators: 4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION.
What’s it all about?
Every quarter, Palladium Hotel Group hotels will run projects in collaboration with different community organisations.
We will get involved in these actions and opportunities in different ways:
- Our teams will offer their services as volunteers in local activities.
- We will lend spaces in our hotels to the groups we support.
- We will collect donations from our guests at the end of their stay.
- Career opportunities when appropriate.
Why is it important to be a part of it?
The “4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION” project:
- is based on corporate volunteering.
- seeks to truly transform society through actions and work to benefit vulnerable people.
- collaborates with four social causes (one per quarter).
- raises social awareness that many people are not fortunate enough to be able to enjoy life the way they would like to.
- gives us the opportunity to collaborate with many NGOs.
